HOW TO MAKE
Tuna Patties Bento
Ingredients
- 1 7 oz can tuna in water, drained
- 1 large egg
- 1 potato, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 stalk celery, minced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 handful cilantro, minced
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- salt to taste
- olive oil
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients except olive oil. Taste and season as needed.
- Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat.
- Form patties with your hands and fry in oil, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side or until nicely browned.
- Cool on a plate lined with paper towels. Makes 6-8 full size patties. If you want, make mini patties!
